I have used your LTB program for several years... Today however, I really put it to the test. I was working with a client who has multiple land contracts (i.e. private mortgages) with a borrower. Each contract has had late payments, skipped payments, partial payments, interest only payments, and etc. And since my client is elderly, I had to figure out a way to come up with the balances. Dreading the task greatly, I dove in and was pleasantly surprised at how well and quickly I was able to get to the bottom line due, with a set of beautiful print-outs to date.
